She has led enterprise transformation initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar federal grant programs under regulatory oversight, designed audit-ready monitoring frameworks, and advised NIH-funded research collaborations on policy-aligned operational systems. Her career wasn't built in a boardroom advising on compliance — it was built inside regulated environments, managing the risk, running the audits, and building the governance structures that held organizations accountable when it mattered most.
